The spacious rooms with premium bedding, refrigerator, and microwave made us feel right at home. the friendly staff, especially Debra at the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore downtown Kansas City and nearby attractions like Arrowhead Stadium and Kauffman Stadium. the complimentary buffet breakfast was a great way to start our day, and the indoor pool added a nice touch to our relaxation. Although there were some minor issues with the pool towels, it didn't dampen our overall experience. the cleanliness of the hotel and the availability of amenities like free WiFi and coffee made our stay even more enjoyable.
